Since we opened back in 2021, we have used Sticker Mule for the logo stickers we sell at the lounge. We’ve purchased round, oval, die cut, and labels, as well as vinyl window clings, and we have been pleased with everything we’ve gotten from them. Their newest sticker is a glittery creation and we love it! The glitter stickers are a fun new addition to what we offer at the front desk and perfect for water bottles, phone cases, laptops, and anywhere else you like to stick those stickers. These are great quality stickers that hold up well.
The lounge officially opened for public visits on June 2, 2021, so this Friday marks our second anniversary! We will have balloons outside and sparkling cider inside and we hope to see many visitors this weekend to help us celebrate.
Since opening we have had 123 adoptions, and we are currently caring for 12 more cats and kittens. Our oldest cats have included Sadie, Jacob, and Princess. Our longest resident is currently Link, having arrived in January of this year. Our longest resident ever was Rachel, adopted after 16 months at the lounge. Our volunteer roster hovers around 20 regular volunteers plus a few more who can fill in here and there. On any given week these volunteers are donating roughly 30-35 hours of their time, and Jennifer is at the lounge an additional 30-35 hours as well. In addition we have volunteers who bring filtered water for the cats, run fundraisers on Facebook, make recycling and thrift store runs, help repair and install things, do laundry, foster cats and kittens, drive cats to medical appointments, and more.
We hope you’ll stop by! Every dollar we raise through visits, adoptions, shopping, and donations goes straight toward helping the cats and maintaining this unique space for them in Ventura.

Michael’s adopter, Karla, and I (mainly Karla!) have been working on some new designs to help celebrate the lounge’s 2nd anniversary coming up in June. If you’ve been around a while you will remember Michael, Missy, Rachel, Jasmine (now Rose), and Jacob and Sadie. 🙂
There are several options: a shirt featuring 6 of our better-known cats (that shirt comes in several colors) and then individual shirts featuring each cat/pair of cats (those shirts come in a single color).
If you order using the link below your shirt(s) will be delivered to the lounge for local pick up. Shipping is included in the prices you see. We will earn about $8-$10 per shirt so this is also a nice fundraiser for us!
We most likely will open up a shop that will include other items like hoodies, socks, mugs, etc.
