Before anything, keeping cats safe around the door is your #1 priority. No guest will mind waiting to come in or leave if you need to move a cat to the lounge and out of the lobby, and even if they do mind, it doesn’t matter. Cat safety is paramount.
You will find links to the waivers as well as our payment app (Zettle) on the iPad. The card reader should also be on the desk. The clipboard has the cheat sheets for codes you might need. The policies are hanging up next to the desk on the wooden shelves. All first-time visitors must review the policies and sign the waiver. Repeat visitors can be reminded not to pick up the cats. Once you have escorted visitors into the lounge you can let them know more about the space, the cubbies, any off-limits areas, our gift shops, etc.
